Classic TOSRV and Half TOSRV - Online Registration

Use the Online Entry Form and PayPal to pay by credit card - even if you are not a PayPal member. If you register online, you will receive an email confirmation with your rider number and links to rider instructions, maps, and other information. Please be sure your spam filter does not block automatically generated emails from TOSRV or PayPal.

One-Way TOSRV - Online Registration

Registration for One-Way TOSRV is only available online. This link is only for the One-Way tour on Saturday with bus transportation back to Columbus on Saturday evening.

Entry Form - Mail-in Registration

Download and print the 2012 PDF Entry Form. Fill out the form and send it in along with your check. Be certain to fill out the form completely, making sure to sign and date it. Note that a parent or guardian must sign for entrants under 18. Please include a check in US funds to cover the total. Also include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (#10 business-size with first-class postage of 45¢). Mail to: TOSRV 2012, P.O. Box 16003, Columbus, OH 43216-6003.
